Detail of the presentation

1.Topics

You can choose the one of the following 6 topics.
“Humanities and Society”, “Education”, “Science and Engineering”, “Agriculture”, “Ibaraki”, “Students Life”

2.Form of presentation

You can choose either one from the following forms. In either case, the language used is English.
・Oral presentation (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for question and answer session (tentaive). It has the possibility of changing depends on the number of presenters.)
・Poster presentation

1.Audiences

2.Presenters

    1.Please download the abstract formatand registration sheet below.

    2.Please read the guideline carefully and make your abstract in accordance with a format.

    • All articles must be printed A4 sheets(297mm AE 10mm).
    • All printed material including text, figure, table and graph must be kept within vertical 257mm AE horizon 170mm.
    • All text must be in a two-column format.
    • All papers must be in English and set in Times New Roman(or equivalent typeface).
    • Abstract must be made 1 page or 2 pages.

    3.Please fill out the registrarion sheet.


    4.After you have completed abstract and registration sheets, please submit your abstract and registration sheet to the following email address.(The files must be made by Microsoft Word.)

Format

1.Abstract

You need to submit an abstract when you register for presentation. Please make your abstract in accodance with the format.

2.Poster

Poster presenter need to make your poster. It is not necessary to follow the following sample of poster, however, you must write the title, your name and Affiliation at the top of poster.
